The quickest way to get help is to open a ticket. Every ticket gets a reference number, so you can follow its progress and reply at any time.

Sign in and choose Create Ticket.

Pick the department that best matches your question.

Give the ticket a short, clear subject and describe what happened, including any error messages.

Attach screenshots if they help explain the problem, then submit.

You'll get an email confirmation straight away, and another each time we reply.
